Right to Cancel (14 Days)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you then have 14 additional days to return the item(s). We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
(This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.)
Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is not possible, you may request a refund.
(This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.)
Return Costs

If you are returning due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (if this was clearly stated before purchase).

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exemptions from the Right to Cancel
The following items cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind:

Customised or made-to-order products

Perishable goods (e.g. fresh treats)

Sealed items for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed (e.g. supplements, grooming products)
These items can only be returned if faulty or not as described.
How to Return

Provide your order number and reason for return. For faulty items, please include photos or videos.

If returning due to change of mind, you must return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

If returning a faulty item, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds

For cancellations: refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

For faulty or misdescribed goods: refunds will be processed within 14 days, or we may provide a replacement.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method.
